With the implementation of the revised Employment Agency Regulatory Framework, key appointment holders of employment agencies are required to attend and pass the
Certificate for Employment Intermediaries (CEI). Existing key appointment holders have to obtain CEI (KAH) within one year. Whereas for new key appointment holders,
they have to obtain CEI (KAH) before they can register with Ministry of Manpower.

SDF Subsidy is $56 for all companies.
Participants will have the option to take the CEI Test without attending the CEI course. Should they fail the test the first time, they will be required to attend the CEI course
before taking the re-test.
Participants are only required to attend the CEI course once regardless the number of times they need to retake the CEI Test. This course is specially design to cater for
employment agencies that are only placing local workforce. Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and Immigration Act will not be cover in this course.
CEI Course registration at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is not considered as registration with MOM. Clients will have to register themselves with MOM via the OBLS website.
Test is to be conducted separately at the MOM Approved Test Administrator sites.

For any person in an EA which holds a Comprehensive Licence, who has general control and management of the administration of any specified EA work of the EA which
includes director, manager, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, partner or sole-proprietor of the EA.
Course is open to public registration.
