People Developer (PDS) is primarily a system developed to enable organisations to have a systematic process of identifying the learning needs of their employees and to progressively upgrade their skill, knowledge and competency.

At the national level, it is a recognition accorded to organizations that have achieved an excellent level in building up an individual as well as a corporate learning culture.
