A full refund of the course fees (after deducting 15% administration charges) is applicable to a written request when the written notice is received at least 14 working days before the commencement of the course.

A 50% refund of the course fees is applicable when the written request is received within 14 working days before the commencement of the course.

Full course fees will be charged for written cancellation of course received on or after the commencement of the course.
